Overview
On site
Technical personnel on-site does not need to be specially educated, because module is connected to alarm panel power supply and to phone lines. No programming, no LAN, no SIM card. Module accepts ContactID frin phone line and send SIA-DC-09 to monitoring stations.
Management
All modules are centrally managed, from company application. When operator asses module inside aAlarm.io platform, default template is transferred to module. Module is ready to be used and send alarm events to monitoring station.
Busines model
eAlarm.io is a complete solution for sending alarm events to monitoring station as a service. It starts with accepting ContactID events from phone line and it ends sending SIA-DC09 events to monitoring station. Includes module, management platform and GSM network cost.
Receiver and monitoring
eAlarm.io optionally contains certified receiving softwere for primary and secondary location. All data between primary and secondary is synced inside monitoring station
